Delete it yourself, in the app

This is the fastest way and it takes effect immediately.

• Open MotoZando and go to My account.
• Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete my account.
• Confirm. Your account is deleted straight away.

You can also open My account in this browser and sign in with your phone number.

Ask us to delete it

If you cannot sign in — for example you no longer have the phone number — email bonjour@motozando.com from any address, with the phone number the account uses and a way for us to confirm it is yours. We answer deletion requests within 30 days.

What is deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes:

• your account and the phone number it is registered to;
• your display name;
• every ad you published, including its photographs and description;
• any dealer application you submitted, including the documents attached to it;
• all your sign-in sessions on every device.

If you reported another user's ad, the report itself is kept so our moderation record stays intact, but it is detached from you: your account reference and IP address are erased from it.

Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone. Routine encrypted backups may retain data for a short period before they expire.
