Terms of Use — MotoZando
Last updated: 23 September 2026 · MotoZando is a product of R-EVOLUTION S.A.R.L., a company registered in the Democratic Republic of the Congo.
1. Accepting these terms
By publishing an ad, creating an account, applying as a dealer or otherwise submitting content to MotoZando, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not publish content. Browsing the catalogue does not require an account.
2. Who may use MotoZando
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to sell the motorcycle you list. One account per person. You are responsible for everything done through your account and for keeping access to your phone number secure.
3. What you may publish
MotoZando is only for buying and selling motorcycles and directly related parts and equipment in the Democratic Republic of the Congo. Your ad must describe a real motorcycle that you own or are authorised to sell, at a price you intend to honour, with photographs of that actual motorcycle.
4. Prohibited content and conduct
The following are not allowed anywhere on MotoZando — in photographs, descriptions, names, or messages. We remove them on sight.
- Sexual or pornographic content, nudity, or sexually suggestive material.
- Hate speech, or content attacking or demeaning people on the basis of ethnicity, origin, nationality, religion, disability, sex, gender, or sexual orientation.
- Graphic violence, threats of violence, harassment, intimidation, or incitement to harm.
- Stolen motorcycles, vehicles with altered or removed identification, and any goods you cannot lawfully sell — including weapons, drugs, protected wildlife, and counterfeit parts.
- Fraud: fake ads, bait pricing, advance-fee requests, impersonating another person, business or MotoZando itself, or requesting payment before the buyer has seen the motorcycle.
- Other people's personal information published without their consent, and content that infringes someone else's copyright, trade mark or other rights.
- Spam, duplicate ads for the same motorcycle, misleading categories, malware, and automated scraping of the site.
5. Your content
You keep ownership of the photographs and text you publish. By publishing them you grant MotoZando a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display and reproduce them for the purpose of operating and promoting the marketplace. This licence ends when you delete the content, except for copies we must keep for legal or moderation records.
You confirm that you own the photographs you upload or have permission to use them.
6. Moderation, reporting and enforcement
Ads are reviewed before publication, and again after a significant change such as a price edit. Every ad carries a Report this ad link that reaches our team directly; use it for anything in section 4 and we will review it.
We may remove any ad, refuse publication, or suspend or delete an account that breaks these terms, without notice where the content is seriously harmful or illegal. Repeated or deliberate breaches end access permanently. Where we can, we will tell you why.
7. MotoZando is not a party to your sale
We publish ads and connect buyers with sellers. We do not inspect motorcycles, verify ownership documents, hold funds, or take any commission on a sale. Every transaction is directly between buyer and seller, at your own risk.
Always inspect the motorcycle in person, verify the ownership documents and confirm the seller's identity before paying anything. Meet in a public place. Never send money in advance to someone you have not met.
8. Availability and liability
The service is provided as is. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we are not liable for loss arising from a transaction between users, from content published by a user, or from your reliance on information in an ad. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
9. Closing your account
You can delete your account at any time from My account inside the app, or by following these instructions. Deleting your account permanently removes your ads, their photographs and your personal data, as described in our privacy policy.
10. Changes and contact
We may update these terms; the date above always shows the current version, and material changes will be announced in the app. These terms are governed by the law of the Democratic Republic of the Congo.
